Its founder Dale Rector and our current CEO Rich Rector have been both named one of the most influential people in real estate over the past 25 years.

Realty Executives Brio was created by the merger of two Bellevue based real estate companies, Realty Executives and Brio Realty. One company was enriched with the systems, tools and brand name whose history was deep and the other with a grip on tomorrow technology and a knowledge of how buyers in the market today are seeking out high tech solutions.
